I'm Kathleen Gillan, a London-based food, product and lifestyle photographer. I work with brands, restaurants, publications and creative teams to make images that feel both polished and genuine. The kind that help your audience quickly understand what you do and trust the care that goes into it.

My work tends to live somewhere between appetite and atmosphere. Sometimes that means making a product look its absolute best with good light, clean composition and strong detail. Other times it's about capturing a space, a team, or the feeling of a service in action. Either way, I'm aiming for photographs that feel natural and considered, and that actually get used across your website, social media, press and campaigns.

I'm particularly drawn to projects where craft and community matter. I love working with businesses that think carefully about the choices they make, whether that's around ingredients, sourcing, sustainability, accessibility, or simply the experience they create for people.

My clients say the process of working together feels easy and calm. Before we shoot, I'll ask a few questions to understand what you need and how you'll be using the images.
